Stage floors can be complex engineered edge grain maple with sprung sub flooring or simple inexpensive black painted hardboard depending on the performance and look desired. Engineered floors are often used for dance performances to provide a high performance and safe floor structure for the ballet athlete. Painted Masonite floors are often used for theatrical productions where heavy stage props are moved around frequently and anchored to the floor. We are experts at all types of stage floors, theater stages and worship center stages.
From proscenium and thrust stages for world class theaters to custom wood millwork stairs and stages in worship facilities. Whether you need our artistry and craftsmanship in working with wood or need our technical expertise for performing arts stage floor design, we can help. Anderson Ladd designs, installs and services stage floors for schools, theaters, worship centers, museums and art galleries. We can assist with the design and installation of your new facility or help with the repair and maintenance of your existing stage.
